Did my hearing aids tale a nap?

  • Make sure the battery isn't just lounging. Close that door right! Check that the battery is inserted correctly into the Sontro® Self-Fitting OTC Hearing Aid battery door and that the battery door is securely closed. Replace the battery if needed; make sure the battery contacts are not damaged or corroded.
  • Moisture, dirt, or earwax can muffle the sound. Moisture, including humidity, water, and sweat, can distort the sound. You can might want to purchase a dehumidifier.
  • Loose ear dome? Make sure the domes are fit securely on the receiver. Need help? Peek at the User Manual.
