Can I Wear Just One Sontro® Self-Fitting Hearing Aid?

You can adjust volume solo-style, but for the full-on hearing test, and programming, it’s a duo deal.

The otoTune hearing test is designed to test both ears simultaneously. You will receive inaccurate results if you take the hearing test with just one hearing aid. If you only have one Sontro OTC Hearing Aid paired with the otoTune app, you can change the volume on the paired Sontro OTC Hearing Aid only, but you cannot take the hearing test or program your hearing aids unless you are wearing both.
